| Desciption | Takes the file specified by the --pkg (or -p) run option and builds a package for use with outset then uploads the pkg to your Jamf Pro Server/Distribution Point and creates/updates the policy that deploys it. Note that the policy will be named after the payload name (usually a script) preceded by the SITE name and followed by Latest (e.g., SiteName MyGreatScript Latest). If you are not using Jamf Pro Sites or want a different name, you should copy this recipe and change the policy_name argument to suit your needs. The server/share details must be set using variables set in the environment or specified in your override (see https://github.com/grahampugh/jamf-upload/wiki/JamfUploader-AutoPkg-Processors). The following repos are required: grahampugh-recipes, robperc-recipes, and homebysix-recipes Note that the (Package) CATEGORY, GROUP_NAME, and POLICY_CATEGORY specified by the Input variables must each exist on the server, otherwise the recipe will fail. Values for SITE and GROUP_NAME are requested in the Input dictionary so that they may be used within the POLICY_TEMPLATE specified. |
